2. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the full payment is received and a final confirmation is sent by Go HappyWings.
Prices are dynamic and may change until the payment is completed and the tour package is officially booked.
We reserve the right to revise the prices in case of changes in fuel costs, taxes, currency fluctuations or other external factors.
3. Travel Documentation
For international tours, it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents such as passport, visa and ID proofs are valid and available.
Go HappyWings is not liable for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the destination, airline, hotel and other services included in the package.
If eligible, refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms specified during the time of booking.
No refunds will be entertained for no-shows, early departures or unused services.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations or baggage loss. Go HappyWings shall not be held responsible for any losses not covered under such insurance.
6. Responsibility & Liability
Go HappyWings acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
We are not liable for any delay, loss, damage, injury or expense resulting from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to provide the best travel agency experience, we shall not be held liable for service deficiencies by third parties.
